Mar 9, 2014 · Always adjust both screws evenly. Approximately 8 turns out from seated is a good place to start. The air mixture screw leans or richens the air/fuel mix at idle up to 1/8 throttle. Turning the screw in RICHENS the mixture by blocking off incoming air. Adjust yours to 1-1/4 turns out from lightly seated. Apr 9, 2019 · With your mileage you should be fine. Typically the PTO side needs attention first. 2004 and up (600HO and 800 HOs, not 500ss) you can pull the clutch and remove the plate that protects/retains the seal and inject a bit of isoflex (dental irrigator syringes work great) into the bearings. I thought it was odd that some Ski-doo cranks were letting loose at 2500 miles. From researching, many riders were getting 5,000 to even 9,000 miles out of their cranks. Most web forums don't quote other quotes, or pictures, to save space and loadup time. Something I think DooTalk needs to look into, because they sure get alot of connection errors and Max User errors lately. The Turbo 130 has a bit more of a rumble at idle compared to the 900 N/A but once up to speed, say 15-20 mph, most all of the engine sound disappears and most of what I can hear is the track, even though I have a Silent Drive II. There has been a number of guys on here that have said there isn't a noticeable difference between Gen 4 & Gen 5 in the trail models.
